2. The Build: Using our proven blueprint, I connect your various platforms (Xero, HubSpot, CRMs, etc.) to your central BigQuery warehouse. I clean, transform, and structure your raw data into an optimized, unified layer.
3. The Handover: Once the system is live, I hand over the keys along with a foundational dashboard template to get you started. Your team has full ownership over day-to-day reporting, backed by a clean, automated single source of truth and an AI-ready foundation.
4. Ongoing Leverage (Optional): As your business grows, your data volumes and sources will too. I offer flexible ongoing engagement as your fractional data engineer—helping you integrate new platforms, scale your pipeline architecture, update underlying business logic, and safely plug in AI workloads when you're ready.

   Once your foundation is live, you can retain my expertise on a flexible monthly basis to act as your fractional data resource. As your business scales, I am on hand to build new reporting views, integrate new data sources, and help you deploy custom AI agents and workloads.
